  • If you are not available to greet your cleaning technician(s), you may leave the door unlocked, provide a key, or keypad instructions

  • We typically service home with one cleaning technician, however, homes that are 4,000 sq’ or greater, typically require two cleaning technicians

  • Should you experience any damage or loss, please notify the office within 24 hours of the service, at 919-348-5828

  • We will bring our own safe, effective, non-toxic products & tools. Our clients provide a vacuum & toilet brushes

  • We accept cash, checks, direct bill, & Venmo. There is a $35 return check fee if a check is declined

  • Please leave out trash bags, waste basket liners, vacuum, & trash disposal instructions. Should you have a ‘Special Request’ please notify our office at least 24 hours prior to the date of service at klee@kimbeeco.com or 919-348-5828

  • Please check the work the day of service completed. If you are not fully satisfied, please contact our office within 24 hours of the date of service at klee@kimbeeco.com or 919-348-5828

  • Reminder texts & emails are sent to our scheduled clients at least 72 hours prior to their scheduled appointment for confirmation, in order to remind our clients, request confirmation, & to prevent lost wages for our cleaning technicians. Should you need to cancel your service, we require a 48-hour (business days) notice. If you contact us less than the 48-hour period, prior to the scheduled start time, you will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Same day service cancellations are non-refundable. In the event we are unable to access your home, or water &/or electricity are unavailable, we reserve the right to charge the full amount.

  • Being on time is a priority however, should there be unforeseen issues we provide a 30 minute window, both prior to & after your scheduled appt.

  • If you are unhappy with the service provided, please notify KIMBEE within 24 hours of service to correct the issue. No refunds will be provided.

  • KIMBEE reserves the right to change, cancel, or reschedule appointments due to inclement weather. Safety is a priority. No credit will be applied.

  • Top bunk beds will not be changed or made. Furniture will not be moved. We will not exceed to clean above the use of a 2-3 step stool.

  • Payment is due the same day of the scheduled appointment and no later than five business days of invoice. Unpaid balances will accrue a $10 late fee. Returned checks are subject to a $35.00 processing fee.

  • Should we need to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment a new appointment will be rescheduled within 72 hours. If it exceeds 72 hours, we will provide a 25% discount. Should the client wish to refuse this offer, no credit will be provided.
