House Cleaner – Hampstead, Topsail & Northern Wilmington

Earn $18–$25 an hour plus 100% of your tips, with paid training, paid drive time between homes, and supplies and equipment provided.

Full-time and part-time openings. Weekdays year-round, plus weekends during the summer rental season.

KimBee is growing on the Topsail coast. We keep full-time homes, second homes and vacation rentals guest-ready, and our clients want the same trusted cleaner every visit. We're looking for a careful, reliable cleaner who takes pride in leaving a home spotless and wants steady work with a small team that treats people right.

KimBee Cleaning & Organizing is a family- and woman-owned company that has cleaned homes in North Carolina since 2015. We use non-toxic products, keep each client with the same cleaner, and hold a 5-star rating on Google. You'll be a W-2 employee, not a contractor: we handle payroll taxes, and you don't need your own business insurance.

What you'll do:

  • Clean homes and vacation rentals in Hampstead, Surf City, Topsail Beach, North Topsail Beach, Holly Ridge and Northern Wilmington

  • Handle standard and deep cleanings, move-in/move-out cleans and same-day vacation rental turnovers to our checklist

  • Work on your own or with a team on larger beach houses

  • Drive between homes using the schedule we send each Thursday for the following week

  • Clock in and out on our app and keep the office posted by text

What we're looking for

Required:

  • Valid driver's license, a reliable car and auto insurance

  • A smartphone for our scheduling and clock-in app

  • Live in or near the Hampstead–Topsail area

  • Able to be on your feet most of the day, climb stairs, and lift and carry about 25 pounds

  • Able to pass a background check (we check all candidates)

  • Fluent in English

  • Authorized to work in the United States

  • Available weekdays, and weekends during the summer rental season

Preferred:

  • 1 year or more of professional residential, hotel or vacation rental cleaning

  • Comfortable working around pets

Skills that make someone great here:

  • A sharp eye for detail: baseboards, fixtures and the spots others miss

  • Works quickly without cutting corners, especially on same-day turnovers

  • Shows up on time and gives notice early when plans change

  • Works well alone or with a team, and follows a checklist without being watched

  • Respects clients' homes, privacy and belongings

  • Takes feedback and keeps getting better

  • Hourly pay: $18–$25 an hour, based on experience and reviewed every year. You're paid from your first clock-in to your last clock-out each day, including drive time between homes.

  • Paid training: an hourly training rate while you learn our system.

  • 100% of your tips: we never keep any part of a tip.

  • Travel stipend for each workday.

  • Anniversary bonus based on your pay for the year, and a referral bonus of up to $200 for bringing in a new cleaner.

  • Supplies and equipment provided: we supply all cleaning products and equipment at no cost, and we launder the cleaning cloths and mop pads.

  • Steady work: recurring clients year-round, with extra hours during the summer rental season.
