Now Hiring in Western Wake

House Cleaner – Cary, Apex, Holly Springs & Morrisville

Our Western Wake cleaners typically average $28–$32 an hour, plus 100% of your tips, with paid training, supplies provided, and the same clients week after week.

Full-time and part-time openings, weekdays only (Monday–Friday).

KimBee is growing in western Wake County, and our clients want the same trusted cleaner every visit. We're looking for a careful, reliable cleaner who takes pride in leaving a home spotless and wants steady work with a small team that treats people right.

KimBee Cleaning & Organizing is a family- and woman-owned company that has cleaned homes in North Carolina since 2015. We use non-toxic products, keep each client with the same cleaner, and hold a 5-star rating on Google. You'll be a W-2 employee, not a contractor: we handle payroll taxes, and you don't need your own business insurance.

What you'll do:

  • Clean homes in Cary, Apex, Holly Springs and Morrisville, mostly recurring clients you'll get to know

  • Handle standard, deep and move-in/move-out cleanings to our checklist and each client's preferences

  • Drive between client homes using the schedule we send each Thursday for the following week

  • Clock in and out on our app and keep the office posted by text

  • Look after your company-issued vacuum, mops and caddy, and wash your cleaning cloths and mop pads at home

  • Valid driver's license, a reliable car and auto insurance

  • A smartphone for our scheduling and clock-in app

  • Live in or near western Wake County

  • Able to be on your feet most of the day, climb stairs, and lift and carry about 25 pounds

  • Able to pass a background check (we check all candidates)

  • Fluent in English

  • Authorized to work in the United States

  • Access to a washing machine for cleaning cloths and mop pads

Preferred:

  • 1 year or more of professional residential or hotel cleaning

Skills that make someone great here:

  • A sharp eye for detail: baseboards, fixtures and the spots others miss

  • Shows up on time and gives notice early when plans change

  • Works well alone or with a partner, and follows a checklist without being watched

  • Respects clients' homes, privacy and belongings

  • Takes feedback and keeps getting better

  • Percentage pay: You earn a set percentage of the price of every cleaning you complete, and that percentage rises during your first year. In Western Wake, full-time cleaners (about 30 cleaning hours a week) typically earn about $40,000–$50,000 a year and part-time cleaners about $20,000–$30,000, before tips. Earnings depend on your schedule and the homes you clean, so they vary from week to week. KimBee is dedicated to finding jobs that fit your schedule.

  • Paid training: an hourly training rate while you learn our system.

  • 100% of your tips: we never keep any part of a tip.

  • Travel pay: mileage between client homes plus a travel stipend.

  • Year-end bonus based on your earnings for the year, and a referral bonus of up to $200 for bringing in a new cleaner.

  • Supplies and equipment provided: cleaning products are shipped to your home, and you get a vacuum, mops and a caddy at no cost.

  • Consistent schedule: weekdays only, full-time or part-time, with the same clients and schedules sent in advance.
